Kaavya-gate Reopens for Business

One of my favorite authors, Jamaica Kincaid, has agreed to be the senior thesis advisor of one of my most despised authors, Kaavya Viswanathan! Oh the torture!

Kaavya occupied my life for a good week last year at this time. She's the one famous for ripping off a few someone else's stories and putting it all together into some sort of teen chick lit and then posing as a super-Haavaad allstar taking over the planet one mega-accomplishment at a time and deserving of public sympathies for being accused of plagiarism. Yah. You are what you eat, kidddo!! Cheater Cheater Pumpkin EATER!!!

Oh the poetic injustice of it all! How does a nitwit like her get to have an esteemed writer like HER reading and reviewing her work? What ever happened to the value of integrity of the written word!?!

But the real question: Who will be writing Kaavya's thesis?! And how BIG is their advance?
